All our shows will continue to be on-air, exactly as normal, 24/7 and our mission to offer help in the areas of Mental Health & Well-being  remains undeterred &  unabated.  Our production team & presenters are all now broadcasting from home, so that we can be there for you during this unprecedented & uncertain time. In addition, we have added an extra daily show, 12 noon to 1pm, featuring Russ Kane & Phil Dave. It’s 100% live and so please join us.
